Warranty

1. All new items come with a 1 year warranty unless stated otherwise in item description

2. All used , open box and refurbished products come with a standard 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise in item description or optional extended warranty was purchased. 

3. You must call to obtain an RMA number before we can accept any items for repair or replacement . 

4. All items must be returned in original packaging and condition if we are to process any returned merchandise.
